ABOUT THE COLLEGE

On the occasion of the 125th Foundation Year Celebration of Midnapore College (Estd. 1873), the Governing Body of the College formed a Society, styled as Midnapore Education and Service Society for the spread of legal, professional education etc.. The Society was registered in 2001 (Rgn. No. S/IL/588 of 2000-2001).
State Govt. granted 15.5 acres of land on Long Term Lease basis to the Society in 2001.
